Dr Abdul Kader is the Principal Dentist and Practice Owner of Pristine Smile Dental Clinic.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, he spent seven years working in a dental practice
in St Andrews before establishing Pristine Smile in Edinburgh.
During this time, he provided
a broad range of NHS and private dental care to patients and families, developing long-
standing relationships with those under his care.
Dr Kader founded Pristine Smile as an independent family dental practice to provide high-quality dentistry in a modern, welcoming and personal environment.
His approach combines comprehensive family dental care with access to more advanced
restorative and cosmetic treatments under one roof.
He has a special interest in endodontics, implant dentistry, restorative dentistry, cosmetic
dentistry and clear aligner treatment.
Dr Kader completed his MSc in Endodontics at the
University of Warwick and also holds LDS RCS Eng, MFDS RCS Ed and a Postgraduate Certificate in Implantology.
His clinical practice includes general and family dentistry, complex root canal treatment and
retreatment, dental implants, crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures and clear aligner treatment, including Invisalign, SureSmile and Smartee.
He also has experience using modern dental technology such as dental microscopy, CBCT imaging and digital workflows to support
accurate diagnosis, treatment planning and precision dentistry.
Known for his calm, caring and thorough approach, Dr Kader takes time to listen to his
patients, explain treatment options clearly and ensure they feel comfortable and informed
throughout their dental care. He has particular experience caring for nervous patients and
believes that building trust is an important part of achieving good long-term dental health.
